Why hire us?

We do a lot more than you think! We help brides design their overall wedding look and feel, track their budget, find and hire vendors, handle vendor communications, build timelines, develop diagrams, seating charts, weather back up plans, run rehearsal, handle any unexpected situations (which happen at every event) and a number of many other details that go into making sure your wedding day runs smoothly. WIthout a planner, a lot of the work falls back on you, your wedding party, or your family. ALl of which should be spending their time having fun and celebrating with you!

As helpful as your friends and family will be during your planning, they shouldn’t have to work on your wedding day. It can go both ways: either they will have so much to do that day they won’t even be able to enjoy your wedding day or on the other hand, they may not take the job seriously, and the day might end up being a disaster.

Don’t worry, if you hire a planner or day-of coordinator you will not lose control of your own wedding. Your wedding is your event, not ours. We are there to help and guide you through the planning process, not take over. You will have as much or as little involvment as you want.

Wedding Day Management

TO ENSURE the best day ever

This package is typically referred to as "Day of Coordination", but those words are not exactly accurate. A coordinator cannot simply show up on the day of or even a few weeks out from the event and make everything flow flawlessly. Wedding Management really begins 2 to 3 months out. This package is for the couple who has already planned everything for their wedding but needs some assistance to make sure that everything they have envisioned for their wedding day falls into place. This package helps to relieve stress from not only the bride and groom but also from their family. This package includes taking over as point of contact between a couple and vendors prior to event, timeline development, ceremony and reception floor plan assistance, weather contingency planning, wedding rehearsal, and execution of the event.
