Onboarding Phase
The very first stage in your planning journey. This includes your inquiry, the initial consultation, signing your contract, and access to your own curated planning portal.
Planning Portals
Our planning portals are customized to fit each client’s specific needs. No matter which package you select you have immediate access to tons of resources, worksheets, and guides. It allows our clients to be as involved in the planning as they want!
Design Phase
Our dedicated team works closely with clients to define their unique vision, from creating detailed design plans and vision boards, to the selection of all design components. we ensure that every element - colors, theme, attire, catering, signage, entertainment, florals, lighting, custom furniture, graphics, draperies and linens, to name a few - is thoughtfully planned and communicated to our couples and creative partners through detailed design boards, and that all remains cohesive throughout the project.
Inspo Board
During the design phase, we work with our clients to develop a detailed design board that fits the client’s vision and budget. This wedding visual helps assure the entire team remains coehesive and on the same page. Event design is included in the full service planning package only.
PlanningPhase
The team at Corbitt Events takes great pride in creating the most authentic and memorable celebrations. No detail is left unturned throughout the planning process - site selection and management, appointment and supervision of creative partners and vendors that align with the client’s budget and aesthetic, catering and menu planning, paper suite and etiquette advice, budget development and maintenance, integration of all design and production elements, corbitt events planning resources and guides for each vendor along your planning journey, and priority access to your lead planner start to finish.

Logistic Phase
Our team will create detailed morning-of, day-of, and vendor timelines, ceremony and reception setup instructions with diagrams, weather contingency plans and diagrams, music playlists, photography shot lists, a detailed wedding weekend information packet distributed to all vendors, and an information sheet for all of your wedding party so they know where to be along with any important reminders.
Precise Coordination
Corbitt Event Staffers are the first to arrive on-site and the very last to leave on event day. They provide a fully prepared logistics team and unlimited hours of service to supervise the timely installation of all elements. The Corbitt Events team is there to receive creative partner and vendor deliveries, manage set-up of decorations, infrastructure, staging and entertainment, provide guest assistance, and cue activities for a successful event flow liaison with venue management. We ensure our client’s vision is sustained and expectations exceed throughout the duration of the event.
Offboarding Phase
This phase is bittersweet. This phase happens after your event is over. You and your planner will debrief about the event. during this phase you should leave a review and forward your event photo gallery to your planner.
